Since the establishment of family planning as a national policy in 1982,people's ideas have gradually changed from more birth to fewer and better birth.The popularity of the electronic fetal care is of great significance for the early detection of fetal abnormalities and prevention of fetal damage,which is important for women's aristogenesis fine rearing.In the 21 st century,the IoT-related technologies have developed rapidly and have begun to impact traditional medical methods.The combination of electronic fetal heart monitoring with technologies of "cloud services" and wireless communication has become the mainstream trend.In view of the problems existing in the fetal care products on the current market,based on the original technology,this paper designed and implemented a smart fetal monitoring system based on wireless communication technology,which acquires data through fetal heart probes through wireless network.Fetal heart monitoring information is recorded and uploaded to the cloud,and finally intelligent computer analysis is performed to obtain a score.The key contents of this paper are:Achieve wireless fetal heart monitoring data transmission.Set up the communication between the wireless probe and fetal heart monitoring system to obtain fetal heart monitoring data and save it.2.Realize the communication interface with the user's control terminal.Provide the data obtained from the fetal heart monitoring to the control terminal to use and execute its command.3.Implement cloud communication,including downloading required pregnant women and device data set from the cloud,and uploading fetal heart monitoring data to the cloud.4.Implement the intelligent analysis module to extract important scoring parameters from the fetal monitoring files and perform score analysis on the files to obtain the scoring results.This paper first introduced the development trend of the electronic fetal heart monitoring system at home and abroad,analyzed the deficiency of the current electronic fetal heart monitoring system in the market,and put forward the research goals to build the system based on these deficiencies.Then,this paper will introduce the main scenarios of the wireless smart fetal heart monitoring system,and introduce the overall structure of the system and its implementation.Next,this paper will introduce the design and implementation of the system's core module communication controller,including its overall design and the implementation of important modules.Finally,this paper will introduce the flow of "smart analysis" module and the algorithms used.The smart fetal monitoring system based on wireless communication technology is one of the important development directions of electronic fetal heart monitoring,and has a very wide range of development prospects and far-reaching significance.It will certainly improve the current hospital environment for fetal heart rate monitoring for perinatal pregnant women.
