Aircraft assembly is an important step in the whole production process of aircraft assembly work,will be able to smooth on the safety and reliability of the final have significant effects. With the wide application of networking technology, China's aircraft assembly manufacturing enterprises have already realized the plan layer information management, but the information level of the assembly areas is still relatively weak, can not be completely paperless, visual management.In order to improve the existing workshop management automation, information and intelligence, the paper makes research on the civil aircraft assembly information management and control system, the main work is as follows:First, analyzed the research background of the topic and puts forward the theoretical basis for the use of mobile assembly line, analyzed the key technical problems of the existing aircraft assembly workshop, introduces the research content of this paper.Secondly, for RFID tags may appear in the process of the electronic tag collision problem in the assembly workshop use, improve the collision avoi dance method based on binary algorithm of electronic tags and RFID lightweight T2 MAP protocol was improved.Then, the implementation of effective control of assembly quality for aircraft assembly stage,puts forward the quality oriented Petri network control method and automatic generation method of electronic Kanban production instructions are given according to the needs of workshop management.
