Chinese classical garden culture is profound and historic.According to archaeological research,the earliest classical garden emerged in Shang Dynasty.The research on retrospecting C hinese classical gardens orginal material state and spiritual content is proceeded with the literature or the sites.Due to old age,vandalism and majeure,the historical information left by the ruins of C hinese classical gardens is limited and it greatly restricts the research on C hinese classical gardens.The Penglai myth is the bright pearl of the history of ancient C hinese mythology,and it has a significant impact on different kinds of art forms in ancient China,the art of classical garden is also among them.Therefore,this article is to combine the mythology with architectural history,discuss the influence of Penglai Mythology Landscape Mode on Mountain element,architecture element,plant element and Animal element of the Chinese classical gardens,explore the design intent and tectniques of C hinese classical garden under the influence of the Penglai mythology landscape mode.
