Since 1988,China highway construction achievement has attracted worldwide attention.Especially in the "twelfth five-year" period,China's highway construction,operation,management and other aspects,has made rapid development.According to the end of 2016,data from public transport,the highway has been opened to traffic,excluding construction of highway,has more than 130000 kilometers,the total mileage firmly on the important position of one of the largest in the world.But in recent years,highway spate of incidents,to people's life and property security caused great damage.Therefore,freeway incident emergency management,has become the current period of our country highway industry important research subject.Based on the study of 4R crisis management theory,draw lessons from western developed countries the beneficial experience of emergency management,with Da Yu highway as an example,analyzes the present situation of the mechanism of emergency management,puts forward the mechanism of emergency management research to build highway concrete countermeasures:For traffic information collection and analysis of integrated software platform support,adhere to the people-centered principle,relying on the "traffic" wisdom for the future development trend of good start,perfect the organization and coordination mechanism,improve the staff team,funding,material equipment,communications,emergency drills,social forces to support the operations such as support,attaches great importance to the social public opinion guide.In this paper,the significance we study,from the Angle of highway industry practitioners at the grass-roots level,trying to build a more scientific,more efficient,more practical significance of expressway emergency management mechanism,thus for our country highway sustained and healthy development of the work of emergency management,providing some suggestions.
