Study On Emergency Management Of Highway Accidents In San Ming City

The fact that the number of major highway emergencies is increasing year by year,highlights the emergency management of highway emergency has encountered some new problems and challenges,the need for these problems to study the corresponding solutions.Through the study of highway emergency management,enhance the ability of emergency management of highway departments,so as to enhance the service level of highway safety countermeasures,people safe and convenient travel.This paper uses the literature research method,investigation method and other research methods,taking San Ming City highway emergency management as the research object,analyze the current situation of San Ming City highway emergency management development,summed up the seven aspects of the existing problems,and analyzes the reasons.The research tool of public management governance theory and the theory of crisis management,learn from the advanced experience of New York City,Tokyo City,Beijing City,Xuzhou city and the city emergency management in highway,put forward countermeasures to improve the emergency management of San Ming City highway,the specific measures are:to optimize the emergency plan of constructing the evaluation index system of highway;system of highway emergency capability;improve the emergency material requisition and reserve mechanism;improve the participation mechanism of social emergency management of highway;establish the emergency coordination mechanism across the region;improve the construction of the emergency team and management mechanism;further strengthen the construction of the highway network.
