Research On Control System Rule Base For Nuclear Power Plant Based On Active Database

With the rapid development of science technology, the computer is applied in all kinds of fields. It is an important progressing trend in the Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) automatic run control and harmonizing system that the database technology and control engineering technology are combined to use in the NPP. Using this can significantly improve the dependability and the work efficiency of the NPP, and also reduce the workload for workers, and at the same time blaze a new path for NPP intelligent run control.The controller of control system is immovable when controller is designed. In other words, the controls parameter stays steadily, and it only suits single control parameters and rules, yet do not meet complex condition and multi control rules. This paper, considering the necessity and importance construct an automatic control rule based on NPP, shows that active database technology can be used to realize the control rule base. Active characteristic is an important function of active database, so it can be taken events-conditions-action manners to realize its active function through the course of construct. In term of the characteristic of control system events and actions, forward design scheme are brought to construct control rule base to insure the NPP under stabilized condition, therefore to create the best work efficiency.In accordance with different equipment performance, controller characteristic and expert's advice, control rules can be appended or deleted from the control system rule base. By the event watch module running continuously in main program, the control system takes the time mission, parameters variety, work condition as event to spring corresponding rules and parameters in control rule base. The control rules and parameters are encapsulated with controller again to realize the work mode designed, and meet the best control need.At last the software of NPP control system rule base is programmed, so that can be used to solve the singularity of control rules in control system of NPP. The implementary technology was discussed and the corresponding resolvent was brought forward.
