| With the acceleration of urbanization process,the demand for Building Maintenance Unit(BUM)used to maintain the facade of high-rise buildings is increasing,this led to the rapid development of the domestic BUM industry.Because BUM belongs to non-standard products,so its design cycle is long,design workload is large,and design cost is high.In order to meet the fast and efficient design concept of BUM,a 3D parametric computer aided design(CAD)system for the column of BUM is developed in this paper.Firstly,the structural design,strength and stability analysis method of the column of BUM are studied in this paper,and the relationship between the parts and components are summarized,it lays a theoretical foundation for the development of parametric CAD system.Secondly,the structural features and function of each component of BUM are analyzed,set up the database,parts library and engineering drawing gallery,it provides preparation for the development of parametric CAD system.This paper takes SolidWorks software as platform,Visual Studio software and Access database as a tool to develop the 3D parametric CAD system for the column of BUM,the system is divided into design calculation module and parametric drawing module.Designer entered the main design parameters of BUM's column in the system,the program will complete the design and calculation of the column structure,then read the data in the database to drive the 3D model and engineering drawing template in gallery.Finally,the system will output eligible 3D model and engineering drawing of BUM's column.The development and research of the 3D parametric CAD system for the column of BUM improves the traditional design method,reduces the design workload,shortens the product development cycle.In addition,the system makes full use of the advantages of each software,establishes a set of parameterized CAD method for BUM's column,provides a design ideas for the development of similar products?... |
