Suspended Tunnel Fire Fighting Rescue Vehicle And Its Experimental Investigation

Recent years witness the rapid development of construction and gradual mature of tunnel road construction techniques in our country.However,the increasing traffic volume,as well as the increase in the transport of flammable materials are all the hidden danger for road tunnel safety.In order to solve the problem of fire fighting and rescue in highway tunnel,a kind of suspended tunnel fire fighting and rescue vehicle is invented.The functions of evacuation,rescue,fire warning,monitoring and fire extinguishing,and effectively help people to escape the fire in time,in order to reduce the losses caused by the tunnel fire.PLC as the core of the equipment control system,ensuring the use of functions.Specific research contents are as follows :(1)First of all,the present situation of tunnel fire rescue and the existing fire fighting and rescue equipment are studied.According to the requirements of tunnel outline,building clearance and the function of killing trains,a mechanical device suitable for fire fighting and rescue of highway tunnel is designed(2)Control system is an important factor in the equipment of function.PLC is used as the core of control system,and the ladder diagram of PLC is designed through GX Developer software.The design of the ladder diagram makes PLC realize the effective control of each function of the equipment.(3)The design of touch screen interface by EV5000,touch screen as a visual handheld terminal is connected with the PLC data.The antenna is arranged between the handheld terminal and off the train,can be simple and intuitive realization of train control and destroy the function of each instruction and the on-line debugging.(4)Under the influence of the environment around the tunnel,to ensure the effective signal connection between the control center and the equipment.It is necessary to add the base station equipment to the network topology to realize the remote control of the train.Aanalyzing the function of the equipment,to maximize its function and improve the efficiency of fire rescue and rescue in highway tunnel.
