Study On The Disaster Prevention And Rescue System And Practical Application Of The Qinling Zhongnanshan Highway Tunnel

In recent years,with the continuous development of highway transportation in our country,the construction of highway tunnels in our country has been increasing rapidly.By the end of 2015,the amount of China's road tunnel has reached 14006,the total length has reached 12683.9 km.Tunnel as a closed structure,in the event of a fire,its internal will quickly gather a lot of smoke and heat which can create a direct impact on the lives of people,while the fire effects even worse especially for some of the long road tunnel.Based on the Qinling Zhongnanshan Highway Tunnel,this paper discusses the disaster prevention and rescue of the special long tunnels from various aspects.This article starts from the topic background,the research significance,and the domestic and foreign research present situation and other aspects.Firstly,this research elaborated the characteristics and scale of expressway fire,the rescue method of tunnel fire and safe evacuation,the fire temperature inside the tunnel and the law of smoke diffusion and other related theoretical knowledge.And then gives the basic measures of highway tunnel fire disaster relief.The characteristics of the fire and the rescue methods of the expressway tunnel are studied.The disaster prevention equipment configuration of Qinling Zhongnanshan Highway Tunnel is given.This paper also introduced the inspection and maintenance of the disaster prevention equipment in the Qinling Zhongnanshan highway tunnel.Then elaborates the disaster prevention and rescue system design of Qinling Zhongnanshan highway tunnel.It includes the design of tunnel fire alarm system,the control flow of tunnel fire prevention plan,the design of ventilation lighting plan,the design of fire prevention and relief plan,evacuation and personnel treatment plan,traffic control plan,alarm and fire prevention system.Finally,the practical application of the disaster prevention and rescue system of Qinling Zhongnanshan Highway Tunnel is given,the purpose of this paper is to provide some reference and reference for the work of highway rescue and disaster prevention in China.
