Throttle is an important component of the engine electronic controlsystem.Accurately opening of throttle means air quantity which the engine hasinlet accurately.The right air quantity can improve the engine power performance,can reduce engine emissions,can save fuel and so on.So throttle is significant toboth the economic and environment.Therefore, accurately controlling throttle isof great significance.In this paper, the mathematical model of electronic throttle system is set up.A comprehensive analysis of the electronic throttle-specific non-linear factors isdone.Bosch electronic throttle for the object, this paper uses matlab/simulink toolto establishment of an electronic throttle models and measure the parameters of06B133062M. The parameters of the model calibration models for differentparameters of the simulation experiments, based on experience to determine theparameters of the simulation model.For non-linear factors on electronic throttle and requirements of the use ofelectronic throttle, many control theory is not suitable to electronic throttlecontrol. this paper uses PID control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm.Considering the control effect of the conventional PID control, as well as therestraint of the application platform, this paper uses the fuzzy PID control methodto improve the above issues and establish a PID and fuzzy PID simulation model.Simulation experiments are carried out. In order to facility, fuzzy PIDapplications will be simplified for the fuzzy PI control which carried outsimulation experiments.Finally,this paper carry out throttle closed-loop control applications in theHeng Chi engine simulation platform.Procedure are programmed which applyS12 series MCU MC9SDP256.In the control of fuzzy programming,this paper usea simple fuzzy reasoning programming methods, improve the programspeed.Parameter adjustment is carried out through the throttle openingexperiment. The experimental results were evaluated.
