| The convenient grounding wire is an important safety equipment in power work.It must be used during power outage maintenance of transmission and distribution lines.However,traditional convenient grounding wires are susceptible to environmental factors,resulting in detachment of grounding hooks or incorrect grounding of grounding electrodes.To solve these problems,a new type of convenient grounding wire device has been designed,which includes an intelligent grounding hook with detection of looseness or detachment,an integrated ground resistance detector in the grounding electrode,and an upper computer detection system for realtime monitoring of the operation status of the new type of convenient grounding wire.First,an intelligent hook and an integrated ground resistance detector in the grounding electrode were designed.The intelligent grounding hook uses transducer technology to identify the cable position,thereby determining whether the hook is loose or detached,and feeding back to the upper computer detection system.The integrated ground resistance detector in the grounding electrode includes the design of a Rogowski coil,a microcurrent signal conditioning module,a voltage excitation module,the design of an STM32 minimum system,a buzzer warning module,a communication module,and a power detection module in the PCB section.This built-in ground resistance detector device can directly determine whether the detected resistance value is correctly grounded,and can also feedback the grounding resistance value to the upper computer in real time through the communication module to determine whether the convenient grounding wire device is correctly grounded.Second,an STM32F4 single-chip program for real-time detection of ground resistance based on the Kalman filter algorithm was designed,and a real-time detection upper computer system was also designed.The upper computer system includes a homepage monitoring screen,an organization permission management system,a role permission management system,an alarm rule setting system,an equipment management system,and an equipment usage record system.The administrator can receive the resistance value information,grounding hook position information,and device power information returned by the lower computer in real time,thereby improving the safety of maintenance personnel and saving a lot of manpower.Finally,the experiment section verified the resistance value detection of the new type of convenient grounding wire device in different environments,including resistance value detection without interference,resistance value detection under different frequency interference,and resistance value detection in different soil environments.The experimental results show that the proposed Kalman algorithm has higher detection accuracy and anti-interference ability in complex detection environments.At the same time,in the real-world scenario test,the performance of the built-in ground resistance detection device alarm system,the grounding hook loosening or detachment alarm system,and the upper computer alarm system were tested.The test results show that the new type of convenient grounding wire detection system realizes realtime measurement and remote detection of whether the grounding hook is loose or detached and whether the ground resistance is too large,improves the traditional convenient grounding wire,significantly improves intelligence and reliability,and better protects the safety of power workers,with promotion and application value. |
