Ground ing-wire is known as the lifeline of maintenance workers in power system, because it can reduce induced voltage between the double lines on single tower effectively. But for now there is no clear rules about hanging grounding-wire on double lines on single tower. Ground ing-wire detection equipment cannot work reliably under severe electromagnetic interference, and poor management of ground ing-wire in substation due to the lack of technical support. Accidents caused by closing the breaker with grounding-wire on often happen.Aiming at the above problems, an optimized configuration scheme of temporary grounding-wire is proposed. The mechanism of induction is analyzed in theory, and the factors affecting induction have been got through simulation of the induction under different working conditions, and then optimized configuration scheme under given working condition is proposed.Aiming at the problem of lack of technical support in the ground ing-wire management, a monitoring system based on Qr coding technology is designed. The system is consisted of management host, ground ing-wire and the monitor of it, and grounding pile in the field. The state of ground ing-wire is classified as homing state, working state, handing state and fault state. The system has realized the contact with five prevention system and forced closure protection and unlock operation. The system can not only realize the 24-hour monitoring of grounding-wire, also can prevent accidents caused by wrong interval.In view of the problem that traditional detection equipment under electromagnetic interference can’t work reliably, an detection equipment is designed using the induction current between the double lines as the judge. And simulation experiments had been carried out, the results confirmed the reliability of the method.
