| With the rapid development of economy in our country,in order to meet the increasing demand of electricity and the development of smart grid,numbers of the power grid companies are huge investment in power grid construction.As an important engineering equipment,transformer substation equipment plays an essential part for the security of whole power system and stable operation,which should be considered in planning,purchasing,operations and scrap the whole life cycle of all inputs when we select equipments,and the decision result directly relates to the use of enterprise capital efficiency and market competitiveness.At this stage,equipment selection just pays attention to the one-off investment,but ignores the later stage cost of running and overhaul maintenance.Therefore,it is important that researchs on the decision method for the grid substation equipment selection and simulation system has important practical significance and research value.In this paper,research object is the transformer equipment.Based on the grid substation equipment theory and engineering requirements,studied the influence factors of substation equipment selection which included reliability,attenuation mechanism of lifetime and life cycle cost of the equipment.According to the theory of reliability and life cycle cost,a method of equipment selection was given,which based effection of total cost consumption.Finally,based on actual demand,the simulation system of grid substation equipment selection was designed and developed.The main results are as follows:(1)Analyzed the content and methods of the grid substation equipment selection decisions.Equipment selection considerations and collection data were the focus of analysis.Further decisions on the selection of equipment commonly used method of classification analysis,compareed their advantages and disadvantages and scope of application.(2)Studied on the influence factors of grid substation equipment selection.Through the definition and measurement of the operation reliability of the grid substation equipment researched the failure regularity of equipment under different reliability.By means of lifetime definition of the grid substation equipment studied attenuation mechanism and rule of the equipment at different time scales.Through basic theory and application process of LCC researched the key points of equipment selection optimization.(3)Construction equipment selection decision model based on total cost of the loss effect.Through the analysis of substation equipment life,studied the mechanism of attenuation and attenuation equipment life processes to obtain equipment operating loss was mainly due to attenuation equipment life.And based on the LCC model and equipment operating loss correction after the establishment of a total loss effect CL consider the cost of equipment decisions based approach to Lanzhou,a 220kV transformer substation engineering equipment selection as an example,the selection of equipment application decisions.Results showed that considering the effects of EEL and LCC,when the project LCC weight was 0.4,the first plan cost of the loss effect CL was the minimum,the optimal decision was the parallel operation of three 240WM transformer.(4)Developed the power grid substation equipment selection simulation system.From the analysis of the needs of the decision-making system,according to the system design principles designed the overall architecture,function and date base of this system,and builded the grid substation equipment selection simulation system based on total cost of the loss effect.The system not only rapidly proceeded human-computer interaction,but also enabled decision makers to participate in the decision-making process,therefore increasing the practicality of the decision-making and initiative. |
