Information technology is an important way to enhance the level of construction technology and management, BIM technology for the construction of information technology provides an important way to solve. BIM is in the construction of the project decision-making, implementation and operation of a stage or the whole process, through a certain standard of data, the establishment of a comprehensive information system, complete comprehensive engineering design, the auxiliary construction arrangement, virtual information model, cost information monitoring etc.a series of work, to realize the information sharing and information conversion, to achieve high quality and efficiency of engineering construction.Engineering projects are often completed by a number of projects involved in the unit, the different project participants in the project on the use of BIM technology is bound to have a certain link, so as to form a network of technological innovation. The since 2009 nationwide 158 using BIM Technology project, which involves the 246 building enterprise, 76 scientific research and technical service institutions, for example, by conducting a survey of technical cooperation network members. Analysis characteristics of BIM Technology Used in the project, construction of technology innovation network graph drawing. Using the social network analysis method,analyzing the structural characteristics of the construction industry's technological innovation network, the overall network cohesion analysis, centrality analysis, small group analysis and network graph decomposition analysis, etc.. By using statistical analysis method, the relationship between central data, cross industry cooperation and innovation performance efficiency is analyzed. Finally, according to the social network analysis and statistical analysis of the results, proposed by improving the construction technology innovation network centrality, improve the network structure to enhance the enterprise's BIM technology innovation performance.Through the construction industry information technology innovation network structure analysis results show that the construction industry information technology innovation network structure is loose, density 0.0198, relatively small, low cohesion,outside the building industry enterprises plays an important role in the network, thecenter is relatively high as "intermediary" the network is connected. Innovation network has obvious characteristics in small groups, network number more than 7small groups the number of relatively large, many enterprises have their specific partners, the construction industry technological innovation network is mainly tend to complement the technical cooperation, and competition cooperation is relatively less.In addition, the construction enterprises in the center of the network, cross industry cooperation in varying degrees, affect the technological innovation of enterprises. In the network of technological innovation, enterprises can improve their ability to acquire resources by improving their core competence, and enrich their knowledge through cross industry cooperation to promote enterprise technological innovation.This study is helpful to promote the application of BIM Technology in project management, strengthen the BIM practice exploration, for the information management of the construction industry open up new ideas, improve the traditional information sharing and transfer way, promote the management level of the project, to explore a new way to improve the production efficiency of the construction industry.
