China is vigorously promoting the building industrialization.ALC wall panel is very consistent with the needs of the construction industrialization with the characteristic of being light,high performance and high degree of industrialization.In the ALC panel system,the external wall panel is used only in multi-storey buildings height is less than 24 m,the applicability in high-rise buildings should be verified,the safety problems of external panel under earthquake which restricts the use and promotion of building.In order to study the deformation performance of external wall panel under the earthquake and to solve the safety problem of connection between ALC panel and main structure,The paper has done following research:(1)Finish the pseudo static test of full-scale model of the steel frame external ALC wall panel system,the deformation performance of the existing wall panel in the steel frame structure is explored.We produce the reinforced wall panel and verify the performance of the reinforced full-scale steel frame external ALC wall panel system.(2)A method for checking the applicable height of ALC wall panel is established.The finite element panel of the single wall panel is established by using Abaqus.The deformation characteristics of wallboard under floor displacement in the earthquake are analyzed.Through analysis of practical engineering examples get the biggest acceleration of the wall panel,and then analysis the deformation characteristics of the wall panel in different intensity zones under the acceleration of the earthquake.(3)The reinforcement measures of the connection part of the wall panel are put forward,and the deformation characteristics of the wall panel under the earthquake load are simulated by finite element method.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows(1)Through tests,it is found that the ALC wall panel produced by the atlas has the security problem of joint part in the deformation of the earthquake.(2)A method for checking the applicable height of ALC wall panel is established,and the applicability of ALC wall panel in high-rise steel structures is verified by practical examples(3)A new improvement method is put forward to improve the seismic performance of ALC wall panel,and the validity of this method is verified by the checking calculation method and the tests.
