China railway construction is experiencing a fast-developing period. At the same time, scale of engineering is increasingly large.Technical requirements are getting higher and higher. In addition, increasingly stringent quality standards are being set, facing more and more uncertain factors in the construction process.Since the construction stage is an important phase of engineering entity quality,How to effectively prevent quality risks that may arise in the course of construction, strengthen construction quality risk management has become an urgent problem to be solved, which is key to the effective achievement of quality goals. To determine the risk factors of railway engineering quality, one should start from project quality and project risk identification and analyze accordingly.Based on the field survey and analysis of the sixth bid section of railway engineering construction, with relevant experts and front-line workers, according to the project on risk identification and project status project work breakdown analysis,WBS-RBS was established and the preliminary risk identification matrix recognition will identify sources of risk into risk evaluation system for sorting through the establishment of quality. We establish entropy matter-element extension model to evaluate a dedicated-passenger railway construction quality risk,by use of entropy-right method to determine the weight of each item on the evaluation system of indicators,by matter-element extension model to specific project evaluation. It is aimed to find out the main factors affecting the quality of railway engineering and main factors for a control in order to ensure quality and meet the requirements.
