Researsh On Application Of Maturity Model In High-speed Railway Station Housing Project Construction Quality Management

As the intermediate hub of the high-speed railway,high-speed railway station House provides a habitat for passengers to transfer and wait,and it is also one of the important ways to show the brand image of China railway high-speed and urban cultural characteristics.Therefore,people from all walks of life pay more and more attention to the quality and ornamental sense of urban high-speed railway station housing project.Different from railway and general housing construction,the construction of the main project of station building has the characteristics of higher quality requirements under certain time limit and cost constraints,and its objectives are integrated.In addition,because the housing construction in high-speed railway station will drive the local economy,improve the surrounding environment,and promote the interaction between cities,the structure is complex,the construction is difficult,the technical innovation and other factors,it is extremely urgent to study the construction quality management of the housing project in high-speed railway station.Therefore,this paper studies the maturity of housing construction quality management in high-speed railway station.By collecting and sorting out domestic and foreign relevant literatures,the maturity level is divided into five levels: "chaos level","growth level","upgrade level","standard level" and "optimization level",and the maturity evaluation elements are divided into nine evaluation elements,including eight dimensions of quality management practice and project quality performance.And put forward the research hypothesis between quality management practice and project quality performance,build a hypothesis conceptual model,then design the measurement index of each potential variable,use the questionnaire survey method to conduct a questionnaire survey on high-speed railway station housing construction projects,and test the reliability and validity of the collected sample data;In this text,the structural equation model(SEM)is used to make an empirical study on the practice of station housing construction quality management,and 17 hypotheses of influence relationship are tested,of which 14 hypotheses have passed the verification,and2 hypotheses have no significant influence;Finally,it evaluates the quality management maturity of 68 high-speed railway station housing projects collected,and provides targeted improvement suggestions based on maturity level and verified assumptions.The study concludes that among the eight dimensions of high-speed railway station construction quality management practices,process management has the greatest direct impact on the quality and performance of high-speed railway station construction projects,indicating that process management should be emphasized in the construction of the station to better improve the project Quality performance;the total impact on the quality performance of highspeed railway station construction projects,from large to small,are Project Quality Culture,Employee Involvement,Process Management,Project Leadership’s Support,Continuous Improvement,Quality Information Management,Owner’s Focus and Supplier’s Management;the maturity level of the 68 high-speed railway station building projects collected is in the three stages of "growth level","upgrade level" and "standard level",and the implementation level of various quality management for each type of station building project are obvious differences,indicating that the various quality management practices and project quality performance of the station building construction project will have an impact on the project quality management maturity level.In addition,a targeted analysis was made for each type of station building project,and the advantages and disadvantages in the quality management process were pointed out.
