Relationship Research Of The Intercity Transportation And Industrial Land Expansion

The development of urban transportation and modes of transportation is one of the determining factor of urban space evolution.From the perspective of time,the expansion of industrial land precedes other land and provides the basic conditions for the development of other land.From the perspective of space,the expansion of industrial land is in line with the direction of urban development.At present,the research of foreign traffic and industrial land for foreign relationship between transportation and urban form research,industrial land and urban space structure,industrial layout,and so on.As the main body of planning research,it is necessary for us to study the relationship between the change of industrial land and the transportation of the outside world.Firstly,the relationship between the urban and urban space structure is summarized.This paper summarizes the research on the relationship between industrial land and traffic.We study the relationship between transportation and industrial land use by means of GIS and other technical means.Secondly,the case city traffic situation is described.This paper summarizes the spatial evolution law of case city,and analyzes the relation between the case city space and traffic.Using macroscopic data to analyze the construction of highway construction and urban population growth and the area of urban construction area are positively correlated,and the construction of the city should be long before the construction of the expressway.The changes of layout and structure of urban land are analyzed.The analysis indicates that traffic attraction is the main influencing factor affecting the layout of industrial land.This paper discusses the relationship between urban industrial land and urban area and highway layout.Thirdly,we found the axis of the development of the foreign traffic development in the case city,and determined the scope of its influence.This paper calculates the change of urban land over time,and clarifies the guiding effect of the foreign traffic axis on the city.The layout of the industrial land is characterized by the spread of the dendritic axis to the spread of the flaps.Industrial land is expanded from the entrance of the highway to the outside and along the highway layout.The layout of enterprise land is the same as the layout of industrial land in the portal area of highway.Finally,the factors affecting the layout of industrial land are summarized.The paper gives the suggestions for the layout of industrial land and the strategy for the layout of industrial land in small and medium-sized cities.
