Research On Computer BIM Technology In Building Installation Field

With promotion of BIM technology in the building industry,at the pre-stage building of the Project,the advanced BIM(Building Information Modeling)is used for computerized virtual building,and 3D components of buildings and equipment are used for 3D simulation.Through transmitting data to the numerical control machine tool,combined with holographic scanning technology and robot total station positioning technology,the computer-aided digital technology is seamlessly converted into material object.Through the technology,the conventional building industry enters the digitalized building industry,and forms well-operated workshop prefabrication and assembling technology,and the application prospect is prosperous.At the later stage of project building,the building space information,IOT application,property management and dynamic information are integrated for comprehensive management under 5D mode.As a carrier of the entire building,the platform monitors key data and information of the building.In case of emergencies,the platform discovers problems and notifies managers within the shortest time,assists the managers in finding the best solutions and solving ideas,and enhances reaction performance of the complex significantly.Secondly,improve the property management and the Proprietor or the Lessee's experience.The platform attains fine management of the property,combines standards,plans and actual management,guides the property staff to process business timely,ensures normal operation of the building and improves overall service quality of the commercial center.Through public service,WeChat official account and other access means and for the purpose of enhancing user experience,the platform gives feedback and receives actual requirements from users at the first time,conducts face-to-face interaction with users,and improve service quality and increase operation efficiency of the property management organization.The BIM model makes property-related information more visually,and users locates the information required with the model and enhances user's experience.Starting from pre-stage construction of the Project,this paper describes disadvantages and solutions in terms of construction and survey methods,human resources and technical quality and pipe assembling technology,analyzes current research conditions of assembling construction home and abroad,summarizes unique advantages in construction of assembling machine room,analyzes application of computer technology in mechanic prefabrication in terms of computer simulation technology,numerical control programming application and computer aided technology,proposes four main systems to be established for the computer network system,introduces significance and approach of application of BIM in practice,analyzes 5 tiers of benefits,describes construction of machine room aided by computer,researches the entire process flow and details application of assembling construction aided by computer in practice.
