NATM drilling and blasting and TBM are the main methods of the highway tunnelconstruction currently, and in our country NATM drilling and blasting is widely used.As technology advances, the tunnel construction methods continue to move towardsintellectualized and intellectualized.This paper is based on typical drilling and blasting of highway tunnel, researchobjects is the highway tunnel of lianjiangkou in Guangdong Province which usedwhole cross section smooth blasting method of NATM. And it relys on subject of“the key techniques of Mountain highway tunnel hole body excavation supportingmechanization construction work and management mode” and "technicalSpecifications for Construction of Highway Tunnel"(JTG F60-2009). Then itconducts studies on the usage of Fully computerized Dobby jumbo tunnel holeIntelligent excavation and Wet spraying unit in the primary support.The paper is based on intelligent excavation of Fully computerized dobbydrilling and introduces intelligent design, onstruction techniques, processes, and thetrolley drilling preparations, including people, materials, machine, car positioning,geological prediction, etc. It also conducts a study on factors that affect construction,such as construction precision, the situation of surrounding rock, the designparameters, site construction organization, etc. It aims at puts towards measures toimprove the efficiency and quality of the tunnel construction of mechanization.Based on Wet spraying unit in the primary support, this paper submits drillingpreparations including people, materials, machine, construction techniques andprocesses. We have studied many factors that affect construction, such as thepositioning accuracy, precision drilling, mucking, operating speed, rock conditions,Overbreak control, etc. aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of the tunnelconstruction of mechanization.We have traced on Full computer dobby jumbo Drilling and blasting constructionand the construction method of CIFA-CSS3wet spraying machine primary supporting,manual drilling and blasting method in grade Ⅲ rock construction as well. By thetheoretical analysis and actual statistical data analysis, we make a conlusion thatcomputer car excavation cost is higher however it reduce the cost of primary support,therefore the comprehensive cost almost has no difference. We compared these twokinds in Per linear meter excavation progress. In the aspect of construction scheduleComputer car excavation showed a great advantage. Finally we use Analytic hierarchyprocess (ahp) relative relational comprehensive evaluation model, and make anassessment on Construction quality, progress, cost and environment, etc. The resultsshow that Full computer dobby jumbo Drilling and blasting construction caneffectively shorten the cycle time, speed up the work progress, improve the precision of drilling and blasting, reduce the overbreak,so it has large effect on constructionprogress and construction cost.This paper believes that The excavation supporting method,Full computer dobbyjumbo combined with wet spray unit, has a great advantage in excavation constructionof big cross section, long tunnel, whole section. Also it has a bright developmentprospect, it is really worthy to use widely.
