Standardization,prefabrication and assembly are important ways to improve the efficiency and quality of construction engineering.In order to realize the assembly of highway roadbed retaining structure,this paper,on the basis of unifying cantilever retaining wall and buttress retaining wall,building the basic flow of assembly design and construction of retaining wall,designs welding and bolt angle steel connection.Three new types of retaining wall member connection,such as anchor bolt connection,are tested through laboratory tests to test the bearing characteristics and failure modes of retaining wall units in three kinds of connection modes,and combined with the construction of Zhejiang 31 Provincial Highway and Jianjin Expressway,The assembly cantilever retaining wall and the supporting arm retaining wall are designed,and the construction of the two kinds of prefabricated retaining wall is given.The manufacturing process was tracked and monitored.The main work and conclusions are as follows:1.On the basis of analyzing the structure and load characteristics of cantilever and buttress retaining wall,three kinds of member connection modes,such as welding,bolt angle steel connection and anchor bolt connection,are put forward,and the feasibility of the three assembly methods is verified by indoor trial production.The results show that it is most convenient to assemble the prefabricated elements of retaining wall when they are connected by anchor bolt.2.The model retaining walls of four kinds of structures,such as welding,bolted angle steel connection,anchor bolt connection and integral pouring type,are prefabricated indoors.The ultimate bearing capacity and joint failure mode of the retaining wall elements of four structures are tested.The results show that the retaining wall with three kinds of member connections has sufficient bearing capacity,the bearing characteristics of welded retaining wall and integral cast retaining wall are basically the same,and the initial deformation of bolted angle steel connecting retaining wall and anchor bolt connecting retaining wall is larger than that of the former two.3.Based on the actual engineering conditions,the cantilever retaining wall with anchor bolt and the buttress retaining wall connected with bolt angle steel are designed,and the construction process of the retaining wall is monitored and the member steel is monitored.The main points of various working procedures such as steel cage manufacture,concrete pouring,finished product transportation,field hoisting and backfilling behind the wall are summarized,and the problems encountered in construction are summarized,and the quality control requirements of prefabricated retaining wall are put forward.
