Research On The Construction Of Micro Courses Of Mechanical Manufacturing In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational colleges are the main places for the cultivation of talents and skills in vocational education.With the rapid development of the Internet industry,the students' learning style has entered into the micro-learning.The development of micro course is changing the teaching form and effect of occupation education,but most of the current research focuses on its concept and general.Therefore,this paper studied the micro manufacturing curriculum design,development process,micro video from mechanical production,construction and application of teaching resources,combined with numerical control technology professional "CNC programming and machining" micro curriculum development and application examples,and then explain the construction of digital learning series and can support flip,mixing,mobile the fragmentation,interactive learning activities of micro curriculum resources construction method and application method.First of all,the paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of micro courses at home and abroad,and points out the problems existing in the construction and application of the course of mechanical manufacturing.On this basis,this paper puts forward the main contents and methods of the research and the significance of the research.Secondly,combined with numerical control technology professional "CNC programming and machining" micro curriculum construction and application problems of analysis,construct the development framework of the system,select the courses of two typical cases in the development of micro class,the micro video and auxiliary digital learning resources such as the production process are analyzed,and refine the micro the curriculum development process and principle.Then,the "NC programming and processing" micro courses as an example,through the analysis of the application effect,feedback from the students' application,micro course application three aspects,analyzes the application effect of micro course,verify the micro course application is effective.Finally,three conclusions are drawn: the research on the construction of micro curriculum embodies the appropriate teaching design concept.Micro course design to do a small focus,knowledge and skill points to be rich in micro video fun,visual effects,flexible communication.The application effect of the micro course is obvious,which can provide reference and demonstration for the construction of the micro course of mechanical manufacturing in Higher Vocational colleges.
