Construction project construction is very complex,usually construction project operation of the natural environment and social environment is very complex,the impact of many factors.In production and business activities and construction and production of the whole process,the construction companies start to the end of the project,in complex natural environment and social environment,especially for a long construction period,large investment of construction project,by the influence of factors more,affected the time long,the uncertainty is.Construction enterprises must correctly identify risks to their faces,the nature of risk for full understanding,of risk sources to conduct a comprehensive analysis,judge of risk occurrence impact and severity,also on this basis,develop the effective risk control to the enterprise.This paper studies the risk management of the construction of metro construction projects,the construction of XX subway line based on the empirical study,the main research contents of this paper include: firstly,the research background and research significance of this paper,the overview of the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research contents of this paper;second the concept,expounds the risk classification,characteristics and the concept of risk management;risk identification of civil construction,civil construction risk analysis,construction risk strategies and construction risk management process are introduced;third,to XX subway as an example,introduces the construction risk identification of construction project.Are determined from the statistics of construction participants,the collection of related materials,civil construction risk identification,civil construction risk screening and civil construction risk report preparation on civil construction risk identification process;based on XX subway line construction,expounds in detail the risk identification in the subway construction;fourth,XX subway No.1 line LBAC construction risk analysis.This paper expounds the steps of the risk analysis of the construction of the Metro Line 1 of XX,analyzes the method of risk analysis,and emphatically expounds the risk analysis based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process.From risk avoidance,risk reduction,risk transfer and acceptance of risk,this paper expounds the risk measures for the construction of XX Metro Line 1.Throughout the entire process of the construction of the subway runs through the civil construction of subway construction project risk management,this paper based on XX subway line of actual construction proposed the corresponding risk measures,realizes the application of the theory in the practice.The research of this paper provides reference for the successful implementation of metro construction projects..
