Tension device is commonly used in transmission line tension stringing construction mechanical machinery,is the mainstream of the world’s tension stringing equipment.At present,our country electric power construction of the tension device is manually short distance operational.Divided into tractors and stretching equipment,tractors in the process of operation under larger traction,the safety risk of operator is higher.Therefore,based on the tractor as the research object,we design the SAQ-250 tractor remote control.Mainly realizes the tractors start,stop,fuel filling,deceleration,brake,the absorb and exhaust functions remote control.First introduces the domestic and abroad development of tension device,the high voltage transmission line stringing construction process and the tension field layout,and analysis the composition of tractors,circuit system,hydraulic system so as to identify the SAQ-250 tractor overall scheme of the remote control,circuit design and the selection of components,and finally test the practical application effect for the device.The traction engine remote control system includes both hardware and software.The hardware part is the STM32 chosen as the processor using UART full-duplex communication mode.The design of the hardware part mainly include communications,oil electric motor drive circuit,matrix key circuit,pump control lever switch circuit,start-stop switching circuit and the brake switching circuit,etc.In addition,you need to design the throttle motor structure and the hardware interface of transmission cables.What’s more,the software part mainly including design of electric motor control algorithm,the Modbus communication protocol,buttons and LCD display,etc.Through the study of the algorithm of traction engine throttle motor control,can make the tractor pedal more sensitive and accurate execution for works because of the action in tractor has close ties with the throttle size.Therefor,theprecise control of the accelerator has important significance.And the design of other aspects for the software part,can realize the software to monitor and control the peripheral equipment,to complete the function of remote control.Finally,concatenate the remote control and tractors,make a remote control operation in practical scenario,carry on the operation to test the hardware system and software system respectively.Test results show that the tractor hardware system and software system collaborated with remote control is good,the various movements smoothly enforced and reach the designated position,meet the construction work site safety requirements.In the process of field operation,using the remote control for construction of transmission lines,can make the operators in the safety and plow risk position to operate the tractor.Also offers more open field of vision to observe operation situation around,to reduce safety accidents take place.The remote control can not only reduce the security risk of homework personnel,but also play a role in the development of tension devices. |
