| With the gradual increase in the pace of economic development in China,the battery industry has achieved rapid development.The coating of the lithium battery separator refers to the coating of ceramic alumina,PVDF,and the like on the base film.During the entire process of coating and processing the battery electrode,the control of the tension on the production line needs to run through the entire production process.If the tension is too large,the elasticity of the base material will be excessively deformed or even broken.If the tension is too small,stacking of the material will be unfavorable for production.In the coating machine processing,reliable and high precision tension control system can improve product quality and production efficiency.In view of this,this paper introduces the control system of the diaphragm coating machine by introducing the tension control into the cutting angle,and realizes the design requirements that can be run at a stable tension in the work.This paper is based on the design of the diaphragm coater and takes the tension control in the equipment as the research object.Firstly,it briefly introduces the production of lithium batteries,briefly explains the equipment use and working characteristics of each process flow,and then applies the coating machine.Aftewards,the application of the coating machine use,the equipment process flow,and the principle of coating are further elaborated.Immediately after the division of the tension of the diaphragm coater,the equipment is divided into the unwinding area,the middle working area,and the winding area.The paper introduces the coating machine tension control system and other points.Then the reason for the tension was described.Through the derivation and calculation of the tension formula,the conclusion that the tension is only related to the speed difference was obtained.The direct tension control scheme was determined by controlling the direction of speed synchronization.Then compare the two methods of tension input detection and determine the combination of the pendulum roller and the potentiometer detection scheme.Afterwards,in-depth study of the control system is conducted from the four types of controller types and tension control algorithms,coil diameter measurement and calculation methods,and tension taper control,and also horizontally compared various types of actuators such as magnetic powder brake magnetic separators,servo motor,torque motor,variable frequency motor,mechanical brake working principle and performance advantages and disadvantages,then selected servo motor as the actuator of this equipment.Finally describes the characteristics of the system core NJ controller,and then describes the configuration and parameter settings in the control system,focusing on the tension control points in the equipment such as tension detection,tension adjustment,speed synchronization,volume diameter calculation and other functional block procedures and algorithms designed and finally track the speed of each area with Sysamac Studio software,determine the realization of the control effect.This control system adopts Omron NJ501-1300 controller and G5 series servo driver,and realizes the control of the controller on the traction axis,the reel,and the reel and other equipment actuators through Industrial Ethernet.It constitutes a complete set of industry-based Ethernet motion control system.This design enables this set of equipment to achieve an efficient coating speed of 50m/min,stable tension,and error control in the±0.5N range.The overall performance of the equipment is at a high level in China,meets the technical requirements for pre-design,and is putting into production and using in the actual coating machine project,achieving the project goals. |
