| In the process of coil winding and other large-scale automatic winding equipment,tension control is a key technology.The effective control of tension will directly affect the quality and performance of the wound products,which is an important guarantee for achieving good production needs.During the winding process of the servo tensioner,the tension control of the enameled wire is no exception.It is a subject that cannot be ignored and is worthy of continuous research.This paper takes servo tensioner as the research object,summarizes the research on tension control at home and abroad,expands the analysis of the mechanism of enameled wire tension and the cause of fluctuation,introduces adaptive speed following software control technology,and explores the active wire feed The overall design of the enameled wire tension control system with precise control and fast response has important guiding significance for the automatic control of the winding machine.This enameled wire tension control system uses STM32 as the main controller,which mainly includes several parts such as control algorithm design,hardware design,software design,system debugging and analysis.The hardware design part introduces in detail the working principle and structural model of the brushless DC motor,the motor drive circuit,the tension measurement processing circuit,the power supply module,and the design of other circuits such as buttons.The software design includes motor driver,tension data acquisition and processing,tension display and other parts.The basic principle of PID control is expounded in the control algorithm,combined with the model of the actual system,the neural network algorithm is used for online simulation.At the same time,it focuses on explaining the system’s tension adjustment scheme.First,the tension in the working process is collected in real time and data processing is performed,and then compared with the actual tension preset value,and the parameters of the PID are learned and adjusted using the BP neural network algorithm language as the control strategy,So as to generate a control amount to act on the angle sensor,adjust the speed of the DC brushless motor in real time,and further achieve the effect of constant enameled wire tension.Finally,an experimental platform was built to debug and analyze the designed adaptive tension control system,and tested the tension control effect and tension fluctuation of the system under the same tension value at different winding speeds and different tension values at the samewinding speed.Experiments show that the enameled wire tension control system has reliable operation,rapid response,can meet the constant tension control requirements and can produce good control effects,and has broad application prospects and popularization value. |
