| With the development of power grid,the research and application of large-sectional conductor has entered a rapid development stage.Large-sectional conductor plays an important role in reducing voltage loss,enhancing transmission power,reducing lines circuit and saving land resources.However,the guidelines of construction process for 1250mm~2 conductor still need to be further improved.Therefore,the research on the construction technology of 1250mm~2conductor stringing has become an important subject at present.In this paper,based on the project of new-type conductor stringing of Guangdong power transmission and transformation engineering company of Guangdong power grid,the dynamic characteristics of the stringing system of 800kV UHV transmission lines during the construction of 1250mm~2 conductor stringing are studied.In order to achieve the purpose of the transmission lines of"high quality,safe and efficient"tension stringing construction,based on ADAMS numerical simulation platform,explores the dynamic tension variation rules of the traction rope and conductor,the carrying capacity of the pulley and the dynamic characteristics of the stringing system after speeding up the stringing velocity when the 1250mm~2 conductor is stringing on the pulley of large elevation span and the double pulley of the angular tower.The results show that the axial tension amplification coefficient should be 1.4 after comparing the maximum axial tension value of the conductor and the traction rope in the initial traction period and the traction board passes through the pulley with the theoretical value.The carrying capacity of the pulley selected in the construction design should be at least 40%greater than the calculated carrying capacity of the pulley with the maximum load,and the tension of the conductor of v-type rope on the pulley hanger is greater than 30%when the traction board passes through the pulley,so the carrying capacity of therope on the conductor side should be checked.On this basis,to accelerate the conductor stringing speed will improve the maximum dynamic tension and the maximum load of pulley.This paper puts forward the scale factor of traction overload protection value with the different stringing speed can improve the traction overload protection value calculation formula,with the speed and the maximum carrying capacity of pulley by the curve of load ratio can be used as a construction set speed selection reference.The applicability of the above mentioned contents is verified by the conductor is stringing on the double pulley of the angular tower,and the key to the smooth construction is expounded based on the reasonable design of the predeflection angle of the pulley,so as to avoid the occurrence of potential dangerous points.The construction of 1250mm~2 conductor stringing is a new type of construction technology that has not been standardized in recent years.According to the research in this paper,it has positive significance to realize the"high quality,safe and efficient"stringing construction of this type of conductor for the transmission lines construction.The research content of this paper provides a certain reference basis for the application of 1250mm~2 conductor in the construction of tension stringing. |
