In the context of environmental protection and conservation of resources increasingly become the consensus of the whole society,the development of new energy vehicles has become the world's economic growth,enhance national competitiveness of the strategic initiatives.Vigorously develop new energy vehicles have became the future direction of the development of the automobile industry.The HEV as the half-breed produced by a traditional internal combustion engine vehicles and EV,which inherited the advantages of low-emission electric vehicles,but also to carry forward the high fuel than the energy and specific power of the strengths,significantly improved the traditional internal combustion engine emissions and fuel economy,strengthen driving range of electric vehicles.It is a major development direction of new energy vehicles.The structure of the hybrid drive system is an important part of the hybrid vehicle design,which directly affects the power,emission and fuel economy of the hybrid electric vehicle.In view of this,this paper compares and analyzes the structure of the hybrid drive system.Based on the vehicle parameters of a certain internal combustion engine,according to the performance requirements to complete the matching of battery and motor system,by using the simulation software ADVISOR,establishing the model of transmission system components and briefly analysis the control strategy.On this basis,the construction of the parallel,parallel and hybrid vehicle model is completed and simulated under NEDC cycle condition.The simulation results show that: Compared with the traditional internal combustion engine,hybrid cars can really achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction;At the same time,according to the vehicle model established in this vehicle model,the series hybrid electric vehicle can not meet our design requirements,indirect description of the series hybrid electric vehicle matching difficulty is also the domestic series of hybrid car market deserted one of the reasons;By comparing the simulation results of parallel and mixed hybrid vehicles and taking into account their respective advantages and disadvantages,and finally to determine the parallel drive structure as the hybrid transmission structure.Based on the vehicle model of parallel hybrid transmission structure,the simulation comparison between lithium battery,HWFET cycle condition and fuzzy logic control strategy based on efficiency is carried out.Found that lithium batteries as the lightest metal in all metals,with a very high specific energy and specific power,performance is better than nickel-metal hydride batteries,is one of the methods to improve the performance of hybrid cars;HWFET conditions of fuel economy and emissions than NEDC condition is good,under the HWFET operating conditions,Car start / stop less,the engine can be stable,efficient,energy saving and environmental protection work;At the same time,the different control strategies lead to the results of simulation is not the same.Transmission system is determined,a different environment and the control strategy for hybrid electric vehicle performance influence is very big still,is also a direction after matching optimization.Finally,the parameters of this paper are optimized by using ADVISOR parameter optimization software,the simulation results reach the expected design goal.
