As of December 2015,global car ownership is close to the amount of 1.12 billion.Oil reserves reduced seriously by these cars that consume a lot of oil per day.Stricter emissions standards were introduced in a lot of countries.Traditional auto industry is facing serious challenges.But the Electric Vehicle that is famous for its zero emission and zero Pollution may alleviate these problems.The prospects ofEV is bright.Thispaper take the Toyota LEVIN 2015 1.6 CVT as a prototype.The electriccar is designed to reach the mainstream level.Stress analysis of electric vehicles is done firstly.Then analyzed the driving motor which include rated voltage,rated power,peak power,rated torque,maximum torque and the style.The battery pack is designed according to the target parameters.The batteries were desigend by motor simulation.The section on batteries was concluded in two part.The first focused on the principles of operation of the batteries themselves.The second look at the thorny issue of managing long strings of batteries.Analyzed of the vehicle model,motor model,battery model,transmission model through the ADVISOR 2002.The simulation worked in matlab.Through the simulation the performance parameters were analyzed.Acceleration,climbing,resistance,maximum speed,mileage were analyzed by the simulation.The torque and speed characteristics of drive motor system can meet the dynamic performance of electric vehicles.Battery capacity can meet the requirements of vehicle trip mileage.Finally parameters were optimized by the Auto-Sized.
