Because of increased consumption of fossil fuels and the pollution tothe environment, energy consumption and environmental pollutionproblems are highly attention. Hybrid electric vehicle energymanagement strategy is good or bad will directly affect the vehicle’s fueleconomy and exhaust emission performance, and hybrid electric vehicleenergy management system is a multi-variable, nonlinear, time-varyingcomplex control object, a very strong disturbance factors is more, thecoupling phenomenon is very serious, through the general mathematicalmodeling and automatic control method is very difficult to obtain idealcontrol effect.This topic on the basis of parallel hybrid electric vehicle, set up theengine, motor, batteries and other parts of model, analysis of the parallelhybrid electric vehicle energy transfer process and control requirements,this paper expounds the energy control strategy of related factors andcoupling relations, has established fuzzy controller using SIMULINKsoftware, and analyze the important parameters of a hybrid car, laid thefoundation for the back of the simulation.Aiming at the problem of energy management strategy, firstly, thetopic analyzed using multi-level parameter scan optimization algorithm,and then combined with fuzzy control theory and the theory of particleswarm optimization algorithm, because although the fuzzy control theoryhas strong robustness, good real-time advantages, but its defect is due tothe establishment of the fuzzy controller mainly rely on the designer’sdesign experience, so there will be a certain subjectivity, so can’t to theglobal optimal. So you need to use a kind of intelligent optimizationalgorithm to optimize fuzzy control rules parameters, main purpose is toovercome its cannot reach the global optimal shortcomings.Particleswarm optimization of fuzzy control rules can solve that fuzzy controllercannot achieve the global optimal solution, in view of the fuzzy control rules, the particles within the scope of the search for optimization, toensure that the design of the system is stable in the process ofoptimization. Application of parallel hybrid electric vehicle energymanagement system, for this kind of nonlinear, disturbance and uncertaincontrol systems to provide effective solution. Through the simulationsoftware MATLAB/ADVISOR of the simulation results show that thecontrol strategy is effective.This research chooses two kinds of control strategies, one isMulti-Level Scanning Parameters,and the other is to adopt intelligentalgorithm based on particle swarm optimization algorithm to establish therules to optimize fuzzy controller parameters, the distribution of energyeffectively, reduce vehicle fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, inunder the premise of meet the car performance, achieve the goal of fuelemissions.
