The rapid development of the automobile industry has brought many environmental problems, while the rising oil price, the automobile use cost also increases. There will be mutual influence among each parts of the vehicle dynamic system of pure electric vehicles,this will affect the improvement of the performance of the car, through the matching and optimization can improve the performance of the whole power system. This can also reduce the use of the vehicle.Firstly, the development of pure electric vehicle, the status quo, the basic structure and the characteristics of the development of the pure electric vehicle are discussed. Then, a pure electric vehicle is selected as the object of study, and the parameters of the power system are matched and selected by theoretical calculation. The simulation model of power battery,electric motor, transmission system and the whole vehicle is built by ADVISOR software.Define the relevant parameters of the vehicle, power battery, drive motor and drive system in the ADVISOR software. ADVISOR software is used to simulate the power and continued driving range. The simulation results verify the rationality of the matching parameters. Finally,the transmission speed ratio of the transmission system is optimized by using genetic algorithm. The simulation results of the power and the driving range of the pure electric vehicle after optimization are obtained by using the ADVISOR software again. The results are compared with the optimization, and the optimized power and the driving range are improved compared with the optimization.The practicability of genetic algorithm in optimization is verified. And the speed ratio of the transmission system is more reasonable than the speed ratio of the transmission system.Provide some theoretical support and guidance for the matching optimization of power transmission system for electric vehicles.
