Research On Nondestructive Testing Method And Maintenance Equipment For Hidden Disease Of Bridge Deck Pavement

There are about 500000 bridges in our country,and these bridges play a vital role in the transportation of our country.The asphalt pavement of bridge deck is seriously damaged because of the increase of service time and the increase of vehicle load year by year.Therefore,in view of our country bridge asphalt pavement of the existing situation,the recessive disease detection using ground penetrating radar technology of asphalt pavement on bridge of the establishment of evaluation system for the asphalt deck pavement of recessive disease,and according to the design characteristics of the pavement disease rapid curing equipment early strength cement emulsified asphalt concrete and its repair technology based on model.The main purpose of this paper is to realize the rapid detection of bridge deck diseases and rapid maintenance of bridge floors,and realize the integration,rapid and systematization of bridge deck inspection and maintenance.According to the working principle of ground penetrating radar(GPR)and the characteristics of hidden diseases of bridge deck,the feasibility and feasibility of detecting hidden diseases of Bridge Deck Based on GPR are confirmed.The asphalt pavement disease and void of recessive recessive water as the object,design the model of disease,and the indoor simulation experiment,the influence of clutter is eliminated by the treatment of DC drift,static correction signal,visual characteristics of the disease was established.In order to meet the requirement of rapid curing for pavement diseases,the design of rapid maintenance equipment for deck pavement was carried out by using early strength cement emulsified asphalt concrete(CAC)as repairing material and its cold patching process and its functional requirements.The Dongfeng light truck as a platform,the hydraulic drive mode,completed the structural design of maintenance equipment,have fast repair and maintenance equipment on deck diseases,the results show that the stability of the system,check the performance results can meet the special requirements of the vehicle.The results of field tests were carried out on Ningbo high speed road surface,and the method of field coring was used to verify the correctness of GPR test method,and a method for detecting the water damage of bridge deck pavement was established.The research results laid the foundation for the rapid maintenance and accurate maintenance of bridge deck diseases.
