Highway maintenance policy in China is usually “repaired when pavement destroyed” This conservation technology often palliative.The idea of Preventive maintenance technology is repairing pavement when it not destroyed,it can delay the pavement damage without destroying the original pavement structure and strength,to maintain or improve the current road conditions of the road,through the extension of the original pavement service life to postpone costly overhaul reconstruction activities,it Is an advanced pavement maintenance ideas.At present,most of the domestic and foreign scholars are committed to the research and implementation of preventive maintenance technology,but a complete evaluation system of preventive maintenance technology has not been established yet.Hangzhou Bay Bridge,Ningbo Beltway Expressway,Most of the Reynolds A deck front fog seal character pre curing method,Some two kinds of preventive maintenance methods are adopted,such as ultra thin wearing layer and fine wearing layer.In this paper,the Hangzhou bay cross sea bridge,Ningbo Beltway expressway section of A as a project,Through the investigation,ground penetrating radar(GPR)pavement nondestructive testing technology,pavement durability evaluation(FAA abrasion resistance test,structural depth,tilting friction coefficient,permeability coefficient)three ways to evaluate the Ningbo Beltway road A preventive maintenance technology of water sealing effect and durability,Investigation results showed that Reynolds front preventive maintenance of deck diseases increased significantly after two years and more for pumping loose disease,thin,fine wear layer of pavement maintenance but less wear thin layer appear broken.The results show that: 1.Ground penetrating radar can accurately locate the location,depth and severity of 10 cm in the asphalt surface.2,the effect of water sealed Deck Maintenance fog seal after one year is excellent,the total length of water accounted for only 1% of test length,but two years after the water sealing effect,the length of storage when compared to a year increase of more than three times.3,fine,ultra-thin wear layer pavement did not find a serious layer of water storage phenomenon.Pavement durability evaluation results show that: only in the natural environment,Reynolds front preventive maintenance technology of life is about three years,preventive maintenance technology in vehicle wear and the natural environment under the coupling of Reynolds front life in between one to two years.The wear resistance test of FAA can be used to evaluate the lifespan of the preventive maintenance technology and has a good correlation with the ground penetrating radar.This paper established ‘ rapid investigation and artificial encryption test ' GPR technology and‘FAA+ traffic survey'preventive maintenance evaluation system,this evaluation method can accurately evaluate the pavement preventive maintenance technology of fog seal water seal effect and durability,to fill a gap in China's current preventive maintenance evaluation technology,provide important technical support for highway maintenance Department maintenance decision.
