The paper apply GPR to test the bridge prestressed pipe and defects of largevolume concrete on the basis of the existing theory and application of reinforcedconcrete structure about testing and evaluation, the main achievements are as follows:①Consulting a large number of related documents, comparatively analyses thecurrent commonly used in bridge structural nondestructive testing technology, Expoundthe basic theory and application technology of GPR nondestructive testing technology.②Apply HIRESS antenna array GPR to test and evaluate the location andgrouting compactness of indoor reservation pipeline. Concluded:1) For locatingdetection of the pipe,measuring line should be perpendicular to the pipe axis, the signalis stronger, reflex arc is clearer, and use the T-D gray image display;2) For the detectionof grouting compactness of deeper plastic pipe,suggest measuring line perpendicular tothe pipe axial, According the channel information of radar wave to judge the groutingcompactness, Dense grouting pipe presents single vibration phase, defective pipepresents double vibration phase.③Apply HIRESS antenna array GPR to test and evaluate the groutingcompactness of actual T-beam prestressed plastic corrugated pipe.Concluded:1) Whenthe corrugated pipe is not dense and have defects, it will have very strongelectromagnetic wave reflection,and the waveform is not continuous, When thecompaction grouting,the reflection signal is weak;2) For the detection of the internalgrouting condition of T-beam plastic pipe, we suggest measuring line parallel to the pipeaxial,it is not only high efficiency, but also visual effect using T-D color display.④Through separately use of HIRESS antenna array GPR and900MHz singleantenna GPR to test pile cap concrete defects.Concluded:1) When the concrete has nodefects, reflect wave intensity is weaker; when the concrete has defects, reflect waveintensity is stronger, and the waveform is not continuou;2) GPR can detect theposition、shape and range of internal defects of concrete, test results are accurate andreliable.
