Study On The Protection Of Taiwan Historic Blocks Under The Third Party Participation

Nowadays,there is more than half of the population around the world living in the cities.With the rapid constraction in our country,incremental planning shifts into inventory planning gradually.Therefore,how to balance the relations of interets,how to expolore the most effective public participation and how to achieve the sustainable development and the way of old life are fully focused.This paper,studying on the protection of cutural heritage under the thrid party based on role palying and the development of the third part,is divided into six chapters altogether :In the first chapter,it is found that in the renew of historic blocks the lack of the effective way to public participation is obvious.Then from the observation of the cases of Taiwan blocks,the autor found that “setting up the third party platform”became a good way to solve the problem.As a result,the research methods and technical route are formulated.In the second chapter,it made a comprehensive research of the historic blocks development and pratice cases at home and abroad.Then it analysed the block protection mode to lay a theoretical foundation for public participation below.On the base of second chapter,the third chapter added “the third party” into the stracture of public participation and reviewed the history of “the third party”.Then this chapter focused on the similar nouns to the third party in non-govermental organizations and define “the third party”,then concluded the cases which the third party participated in.In the fourth chaptrt,it told the history of historic blocks renewing in Taiwan,analysed three cases Lugang Old Block,Shennong Block and Dadaocheng in the status quo and resources.The autor walked into these blocks and visited the local organizations to make an overview of the third party participation mode.The fifth chapter made a detailed analysis of “the third party from the perspective of social economy and the realistic foundation.Then based on that,it summarized the way how the party participated in.At last,the sixth chapter based on the social economy,case studies and realistic foundation,made a comparation of the economic sysestem,land management ande the historic blocks public participation between our main land and Taiwan.Through the analysis of the present study,it wanted to be able to come to the conclusion the experience of pulic participation in the field of Taiwan historical block protection and gives some valuable references.It found that it is necessary to add a third party into the process to balance the interests of the parties and realize the sustainable development of the continuity.
