The problem of aging has brought to our country a severe test.In 2013 Guangzhou City put forward trial "9064" pension program: 90% of the elderly population at home care,that is,family care;6% to community-based care;4% rely on social institutions pension.As a result,nearly 96% of the elderly will need the support of community pension services.So,what old people need elderly service facilities?
