Recearch On The Use Of Effectiveness Of Community Aging Facilities

With the end of World War II,countries around the world successively entered the stage of rapid economic and social development.Under the background of the global population aging,China began to enter the aging society in the last century and became one of the developing countries which entered the aging society earlier.With the development of the cause of aging in China,the traditional way of old-age care and the plan that the government made according to the "9073" structure make the community home old-age care the mainstream way of old-age care.The research on the disposition of community elderly facilities is covered in research on public policy,sociology,urban planning,architecture and other disciplines,and the country’s policy indicators are maturing.However,the implementation way of the old-age care system at the national level is carried out from top to bottom,and is carried out according to the will of the government,so there is not much research on the use effectiveness of community elderly facilities based on the elderly’s own community life.Through study of the residents at the grass-roots level,based on the existing national policies,this paper conducts an in-depth investigation of the existing needs of the community elderly’s home old-age care and the effective use of the existing community elderly facilities,finding,analyzing,and solving the problem,so as to further improve the quality of the old-age service and facilities allocation policies of China’s urban communities.On the one hand,this paper,through the analysis of the characteristics and needs of the elderly population,gets the impact of them on the elderly facilities configuration planning and functional aspects;on the other hand,this paper made an investigation of the current situation and use conditions of the elderly facilities in Zhuzhou Xiaohutang Community,as well as the degrees of demand and satisfaction of the community elderly people on the existing elderly facilities,and found that the community elderly people have many problems in the use of the facilities.This paper aims to promote the development of China’s people’s livelihood cause in home old-age care from the bottom-up perspective,to solve the contradictions and problems between the configuration of the existing community facilities for the elderly and the actual effective use of them.
