Research On Optimization Strategies Of Community Public Service Facilities Under The Background Of Aging Friendly

Facing the increasingly severe forms of aging,the pension problem of the elderly has become a prominent problem in China.Along with the social and economic development,the elderly’s concept of the pension is also advocated by the "healthy aging",which is mainly based on medical care,to "actively aging" to actively participate in and realize the continuation of self-worth.In order to cope with the trend of "active aging",China has launched several policies since 2009 to improve the pilot work of establishing an elderly friendly city and an elderly friendly community.Based on China’s "9073" endowment pattern,the next 900%elderly people will choose home care,and community is the platform to achieve the "home care",and also is a material carrier for the life of the elderly.Improving community public service is of great significance for improving the old-age care at home and realizing the diversified and complicated old-age services for the elderly.From the perspective of aging friendly,Take community public service facilities as the object,based on the research status and construction practice of relevant elderly friendly,community and public service facilities at home and abroad,the thesis first defines the characteristics of the elderly,the community and the public service facilities;Secondly after the overall investigation of the Lianhu district,the author select four typical communities,including two unit communities and two mixed communities,to investigate and analysis their construction status of their public service facilities,including the construction content,construction scale,space organization,building environment and the elderly from different age and in different state of health whose real use and demand of public service facilities,obtained The common problems and differences existed in different types of community public service facilities.Then combined with the analysis and the practice of facilities for the aged in community of developed cities in domestic,construct the public service facilities system under the background of aging friendly from the level of community.Finally combined with the actual situation of community and the planning system,put forward the public service facilities optimization strategy under the background of aging friendly.Through the study of this paper,the purpose is to explore the optimization model of community public service facilities in the elderly friendly environment,so as to provide reference for the Lianhu district and other cities to cope with "active aging".
