CCRC Community Landscape Localization Design Research

Under the tide of aging,people’s pension mode has been reshaped.The elderly population in China has put forward higher requirements for pension,and more and more elderly people put their eyes on the social pension service,expecting a higher quality of enjoyment pension mode.Continuing Care Retirement Community(CCRC),as a kind of sustainable compound medium and high-end Retirement Community that can provide self-care,assistance and integration of nursing for the elderly,coincides with China’s pension policy orientation and people’s needs,and is an excellent blueprint for China to learn from.Landscape is an important part of the CCRC community and plays an important role in the CCRC model.As a foreign pension model,the differences between domestic and foreign regional cultures lead to different landscape needs and characteristics of CCRC community landscape in China.Through the study of CCRC community landscape localization design,it can help CCRC community landscape more adapt to China’s local conditions,meet the needs of local elderly population,and show local characteristics.This paper on the CCRC community landscape study theory and practice both at home and abroad present situation has carried on the summary,and localization of CCRC community landscape design is defined and the related concepts and theory,has been clear about the concept and community characteristics,CCRC localization community landscape concept and design elements,landscape design related concept and three layer structure,And the relevant theoretical basis of CCRC community landscape localization design.Secondly,through the successful and representative CCRC community landscape design survey in China,which is of reference significance to design practice projects,the localization design strategy and design highlights are analyzed and summarized.At the same time,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the landscape needs of the elderly population in China,and the results were collated and compared to verify and analyze whether the landscape localization of excellent cases of domestic CCRC community has met the needs of the elderly population in China.Moreover,the three-layer structure of landscape localization design was used to summarize its references and shortcomings.Thirdly,based on the needs of the local elderly population,the CCRC community landscape localization design principles and methods are proposed from the three-layer structure of landscape localization design,namely functional layer,social layer and concept layer.The design principles of safe and suitable for aging,spatial diversity and regional culture,and corresponding design methods of constructing safe and suitable for aging CCRC community landscape system,creating diversified CCRC community landscape space,and creating local characteristics of CCRC community landscape connotation.Finally,this paper takes the landscape localization design of Chunhuiyuan Elderly care community in Shaoxing as the design practice object,and applies these design methods to the design project based on the foregoing research results to verify the feasibility of the design method proposed in the previous paper in practice.From the construction of CCRC community landscape system,the construction of CCRC community landscape space to the construction of CCRC community landscape connotation completed the localization of Chunhuiyuan community landscape.Today,the aging problem is becoming increasingly serious.It is believed that the study of CCRC community landscape localization design can provide reference for China’s future CCRC community landscape design,and create a positive aging community landscape that is more suitable for China’s national conditions and the needs of the elderly group and can show China’s local characteristics.
