Study On The Protection Of Traditional Villages Under The Perspective Of Cultural Landscape

Traditional village is the foundation of the Chinese national culture,but it is facing huge malaise during the urbanization process.Internally,traditional villagers are anxious to improve their living standard,satisfy their growing material and cultural needs.They adopt a new production way instead of the old one due to modernization and urbanization thinking,or directly flee into the city causing villages hollowing out and stay phenomenon,which in turn makes village decline and demise.Externally,in urbanization and new rural construction activities,some public authorities focus on political achievements,treating the protection for the development as opposite of pro,eager to develop tourism and business,which cause destruction and alienation phenomenon like "constructive disruption" traditional village "developmental" "commercialized" "thousand village side village".Although people draw attention on in recent years traditional villages in China.Housing and urban-rural development and State administration of cultural heritage in combination with many ministries to protect the traditional villages,and initially forming to the traditional village protection management system.However,because the protection of traditional villages is still in the exploratory stage,there are some limitations.This paper introduces the work situation of the current protection and management system in China.First of all,it introduces the protection and management system of traditional villages.Then it explains the problems faced by traditional villages,and takes Shiyanping as an example to introduce the regular workflow of investigation and protection of traditional villages.This paper introduces,summarizes and evaluates the compilation process and results of the cultural relics protection planning and environmental remediation program of Shiyanping’s Ancient buildings.Then,finding the problems in the protection of traditional villages in our country,and exploring the reasons for the limitations.But in terms of both the protection system and means of protection,it is not difficult to find that the problem on traditional village protection and development has a direct link with the limitations of related protection system.The limitation is that the protection ideas can not match the requirement of the traditional village.In fact,the protection ideas regard cultural relics as the protection core,and regard the historical and cultural values and artistic value as the representative of the value of the standard.But the requirement of the traditional village pays attention to the elements of "the relationship between human and nature ","live protection" and "sustainable development".And in the field of international heritage protection,the protection pays attention on the "human and building relations".This Angle of view is in line with the traditional village "living state" and the inherent requirement of sustainable development.It can draw lessons from the theory and methods of cultural landscape heritage protection to break through the limitations of the existing traditional village protection in China.So with the introduction of cultural landscape perspective,I try to build a set of protection development research method according to the current situation of the protection work and processes,and I give suggestions for optimization of ideas,strategies,programs and systems and other aspects of traditional village protection and development.Then on this basis,this paper optimizes the application of Shi Yan ping village cultural landscape protection method in terms of village culture landscape system identification,value,protection development strategy planning and implementation of a complete set of the protection of the development of practice,and giving advises about the development concept,system and strategy,verifying the practicability of the theory.Finally,I summarize relevant harvest and defects.
