In recent years,many reclaim asphalt pavement(RAP)was generated during the maintenance of highway and main road.While the rate of utilization of asphalt pavement material in China is less than 30% after years development.The research and application of reclaimed asphalt pavement gives a sustainable development of road engineering and it can save resources,protect the environment,bring economic and social benefits.At the same time,there are also some disadvantages such as high temperature and fuel consumption,large exhaust gas and severe secondary aging of the RAP during the use of the reclaimed asphalt pavement.Compared with the hot mix asphalt pavement,warm mix asphalt pavement technology can reduce 20-30? during construction by adding the corresponding warm mix additive.Combined the reclaimed asphalt pavement with the warm mix asphalt technology,warm mix recycled asphalt technology is a new technology with the advantages of both two technologies.This article is focused on asphalt and asphalt mixture of WRMA with high RAP content.Performance evaluation of Superpave for the WRMA asphalt binders with different aged asphalt binders content with two warm mix technologies(wax additive R and surfactant additive M)was analyzed.The result showed that with the increase of aged asphalt binder content,viscosity and high temperature property of the WRMA increase,while the anti-fatigue and the low temperature property decrease.Warm additive R can offset the property change caused by the increase of the aged binders,while the warm additive M have no obvious influence on WRMA binders.The FT-IR of the WRMA binders showed that aged binders and warm additives gives physical effect instead of chemical reaction,and the oxidation reaction increase with the increase of aged binders and the aging of the WRMA binders.At last,the performance of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture with high RAP content and two warm mix additives was studied.The result showed that the high temperature increase but the anti-cracking of low temperature decrease with the RAP content increase.Compared to the WRMA with warm additive M,mixtures with R have a lower high temperature property and higher low temperature property.The relationship of RAP and warm mix additives with water stability of WRMA mixtures still remains more research.It can also get the comparison of the different influence of the RAP and warm mix additive to the WRMA.binders and WRMA mixtures,then get the comprehensive evaluation of WRMA technology.
