| Asphalt mixture regeneration,warm mixing,and modification technologies are three important topics of asphalt pavement,which are of great significance in solid waste utilization,energy saving and emission reduction,and road performance improvement.Relying on the Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province,this thesis independently developed an asphalt additive(named Wise)with the function of regeneration,warm mixing and modification.This paper studies its basic technical performance and road performance,and evaluates The effect of warm mixing is of great significance to promote the development of pavement material technology.The test research selected the milling material RAP of the highway surface,and the penetration test of the extracted asphalt was studied with the Wise dosage(5%,6%,7%,8%,9%of the extracted asphalt quality).The law of change;Wise was added to the asphalt and the mixture to form two sets of Marshall specimens,to determine whether the different blending methods of Wise have an effect on the mechanical properties of the mixture;through the Brookfield viscosity test,variable speed mixing test and variable temperature shock The actual test conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the warm mixing effect of the mixture;the modification effect of the mixture was comprehensively evaluated through the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability tests;finally,combined with the test section paving,the summary Based on its mixing construction technology,the paved pavement was tested and evaluated,and the economic benefits were analyzed.The research results show that:(1)By extracting the law of asphalt penetration and Wise content change,and comparing with the 90#asphalt selected by the physical engineering,it is determined that the reasonable content is 8%of the aged asphalt;(2)Passing The addition of Wise to the asphalt and the addition of Wise to the mixture verified that the different blending methods of the additive Wise had no effect on the mechanical properties of the mixture;(3)Wise asphalt was analyzed through the Brookfield viscosity test,variable temperature compaction test and variable speed mixing test The mixture has a warm mixing effect.Compared with the 90~#matrix asphalt mixture of the same grade,the temperature is reduced by2℃,20℃and 16℃respectively;(4)Through high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water The stability test verifies that the Wise asphalt mixture has a good modification effect.Compared with the 90~#matrix asphalt mixture of the same grade,the dynamic stability is increased by 32.5%,the low temperature crack resistance is reduced,and the residual stability is increased by 0.83%.(5)Compared with hot mix asphalt,Every ton of Wise asphalt mixture produced can save 26.5 yuan,reduce harmful gas emissions,protect the environment,reduce the physical hazards of constructors,and have better economic and social benefits.In summary:Wise asphalt mixture has the function of regeneration and warm mixing modification. |
