With the rapid development of economy,road construction of transportation industry in China was also growing rapidly.Bituminous pavement has been used extensively.Due to its characteristics of asphalt mixture,the accompanying distress become more and more serious,among which rutting and cracking are the most typical and widespread ones. Besides,road maintenance will produce a lot of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP), discarding the reclaimed asphalt pavement materials can cause environmental pollution and waste asphalt material resources. It does not comply with the principle of sustainable development of China.So the recycling technologies of asphalt mixture attracted at the historic moment,the water injection foaming warm mix asphalt(WMA) technology is one of the more advanced one. WMA technology can not only meet practical application of engineering,but also can recycle RAP. susceptibility of foamed asphalt mixture. It mainly includes the following several aspects;Discussion on the principle of the foamed asphalt;debugging and identifying laboratory parameters with foamed asphalt; Designed warm mix regeneration foamed asphalt mixture with reference to mix proportion design of warm mix regeneration foamed asphalt mixture both at home and abroad;Main research on the high and low temperature performance of warm mix regeneration foamed asphalt mixture.Though a series of experiments and data analysis, mainly findings are:1ã€The setting of foaming machine is 165℃,100 bar and 1.5% water consumption. 2ã€Marshall compaction test can be used for warm mix regeneration foamed asphalt mixture design, the high and low temperature performance meet the specification requirements.3ã€It can improve the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture with adding reworked material, and the anti-rutting performance improved with the increasing proportion of reworked material.When the mixing amount are the same the same,the anti-rutting performance with stepped mix regeneration is superior than with not stepped,and the increasing proportion is bigger than not steeped.Compared with 100% asphalt participation,the 75% asphalt participation’s anti-rutting performance descend and reduce degree is inversely proportional to the mixing amount of reworked material.4ã€It will reduce the trabecular bending performance in low temperature of asphalt mixture when adding reworked material and the trabecular bending performance in low temperature decreased with the increasing are the same,the trabecular bending performance in low temperature with stepped mix regeneration is superior than with not stepped. But the general trend of the trabecular bending performance in low temperature of asphalt mixture descend with the increasing of reworked material. Compared with 100%asphalt participation,75%asphalt participation’s trabecular bending performance in low temperature of asphalt mixture improved and the degree of improvement is proportion to the mixing amount of reworked material. |
