| These years China has urbanized rapidly,and the city residents are the large part of the total population,so to develop city communities plays an important role in the city development.But the rapid growth of the city population,requiring for more housing,employment,transportation,education,medical and other configuration increase,leads to the city land resources are increasingly strained;meanwhile,because of the politic,economic,culture,society,science and technology level and other factors,the housing requirements for people are diversified;so it needs the community not only to make full use of city land but also to meet the diverse needs of the residents,which are the characteristics of composite residential community.Therefore,composite residential community has become a trend of city community development in recent years.However,large and medium cities in china squeeze a real estate bubble and curb excessive prices,real estate unprecedented huge profits and prosperity,and real estate construction reaches a peak.At the same time,the development of Chinese economy accelerates the city renewal,so the composite residential community projects of construction period is continuously shortened,it means that the composite residential community projects are many and complex,but design cycles are short,which has brought great challenges for composite residential community to the design work.Therefore,the study of residential community planning and design has become an urgent demand for the designers.This article discusses the planning and design of composite residential community,mainly discusses the work description of composite residential community planning and design,from the three characters "to balance multiple demand ","to integrate multiple resources" and "to composite multiple function",then take " the planning and design of Shenzhen zongke garden block project" for example to explain the actual content of the project planning and design.The article is divided into seven chapters.First of all,the introduction part,discusses the research background,purpose and significance,the content of this thesis,the study conditions of the composite residential community at home and abroad,summarizes the research methods and the structure of the thesis.This part is the basic outline of the thesis.Second,the theoretical part,summarizes the composite residential community in the second chapter,explains the concepts of composite residential community,summarizes its development situation,and analyzes its main characters.From the third chapter to the fifth chapter it discuss the main features of the composite residential community planning and design work: "to balance multiple demand","to integrate multiple resources" and "to composite multiple function ";"to balance multiple demand" summarizes the design requirements of the projects,and discusses how to balance multiple demand;"to integrate multiple resources" discusses how to integrate various resources,and summarizes the matters needing attention in the concrete work,too;"to composite multiple function " emphasizes the theme of the composite residential community.This part is the basis of the thesis and the theoretical basis,which is also the focus of the paper and innovative points.Then,the example analysis part,takes " the planning and design of Shenzhen zongke garden block project" for example,discusses the complex community planning and design work from "to balance multiple demand ","to integrate multiple resources" and "to composite multiple function " perspectives.This part is the core of the thesis,which is the focus and innovation point,too.Finally,the epilogue part,is the summary and self-examination.It comes to the conclusion of the paper,it summarizes the consideration and features of the work at composite residential community planning,and my feelings in working and doing research of it,in order to be beyond some doubt about doing the job in composite residential community planning and design,and be more efficient to do the work of composite residential community planning and design. |
