With the rapid development of the national economy, China has become a veritable car sales superpower. Automobile industry has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy, we must also be concerned about the impact to the environment of the automotive industry. The life ofcommercial vehiclesis significantly lower than the passenger's, although the production and sales lower than passenger cars, but its life cycle is very short, its impact on the environment can not be discounted. Combined the characteristics of short life cycle of commercial vehicles, This paper aims toposition the paints appearance quality of commercial vehicles correctly,and design green commercial vehicle painting process,combined with the new technology and new process in recent years.Considering the feasibility of the program from the film quality and clean production,Research related quality evaluation and clean production evaluation of the evaluation process.By combing the existing coating technology and coating quality, analyzing and comparing to summarize of new technologies proposed in recent years, such as thin-film pre-treatment technology, the topcoat integration process etc, summarize their characteristics and conditions of use. By comparing the national standard, the relationship between film quality standards for passenger cars and service life, Gropethe quality standards in line with the actual demand for commercial vehicles, avoiding excess mass.Design two new green coating process by combing the new technologies, create simulation of the field conditions in a laboratory, prepare of test samples and implement performance test.The two programs can meet the needs of the commercial vehicle painting.There is no clear national clean production evaluation methodsof automotive painting, In order to evaluate the level of clean production technology solutions, try to build a clean production evaluation methods on automotive painting.According to automobile manufacturing coating industry characteristics, combined with AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and in line with the dominant ideology of prevention, clean production evaluation system to follow general principles for formulating constructed automotive painting industry cleaner production and evaluation system comprehensive evaluation methods. Evaluation system consists of primary and secondary indicators Indicators Level 1 covers the production process and equipment indicators, resources and energy consumption indicators, resource utilization indicators, pollutant indicator, product characteristics indicators, cleaner production management indicators, product quality and working environment,a total of eight categories; a total of 30 secondary indicators, including 15 qualitative indicators, 15 quantitative indicators. And clearly the reference value and the weight value of each index to arrive at a comprehensive evaluation.Using this method to evaluate the level of the new designed coatingprocess and the original coating process.This paper presents two commercial vehicle painting process to meet the product quality requirements and environmental development, and provides the basic reference for commercial vehicle production line process planning in our company.
