The Research Of Production Plan In Coating Infield Based On Lean Production

The core of lean management is to create as much value as possible, with aminimum investment of resources, including manpower, equipment, funds, materials,time and space. This paper analyzes the three aspects of fine dispatching, workshopscheduling, and yard scheduling within the ship painting infield.(1) Based on the dispatching research of meticulous managementWorkforce plan is the most important part of the operation plan. The outsourcingmodels of coating teams, to some extent, reduce the administrative burden ofenterprises, but whose operation makes the sectors’ management insufficient,resulting in a waste of resources. After analyzing the content of clean-out operationand painting work within the painting infield, the paper lists their respectivecharacteristics and factors affecting the efficiency of on-site operations, as well asbriefly analyzes the impact of various factors on the efficiency, estimates theefficiency of operations under the influence of multiple factors, and based on which,carries out to dispatch workers, which receives a significant effect in terms ofeliminating unreasonable dispatching. What’s more, strengthening appropriateincentives in management can achieve the goal of steadily improving operators’efficiency.(2) Plan and study on the lean painting workshopPainting workshop scheduling can be simplified to JSP (Job shop problem)scheduling, which is a typical NP-hard problem. Based on the analysis of paintingwork, with the purpose of cost optimization, this paper estimates block storage costsand labor costs in the coating processes, to optimize a week program as an example;after compared with the actual operating plan, the result of optimization has a greatersaving in time and consumption costs.(3) Lean research of the painting YardWith the economy as a starting point, this paper analyzes two kinds ofoptimization objectives of painting yard, and draws a conclusion that reducing theineffective moves as the objective function can effectively reduce the costs. Takingthe8×9yard as the study object, this paper analyzes the number of ineffectivemoves and establishes models under different load and different cycles, with genetic algorithm, whose result proves that the model can effectively reduce the ineffectivemoves. Finally, based on the result of research, this paper offers some suggestions toimprove the yards’ plans and programs, which can provide ideas for furtherrationalizing the logistics of painting yards, paving the way for the block yardmanagement in the daily production.Based on the analysis of the painting operation, this paper presents a new methodof reasonable dispatching, which can assign tasks reasonably, to achieve the purposeof fair and reasonable. As for the internal field workshop and yard, this paper alsotakes into consideration the economy, and carries out the analysis and optimization ofall costs in the process of operation and scheduling, which can effectively reduce thecost, and provide the lean production in the painting infield with supports.
