Cross-sea bridge is a kind of main transportation which connects islands and lands. With the growth of Chinese comprehensive national strength in recent years, all kinds of cross-sea bridges are being built continuously in order to strengthen coastal area developmentand integrate coastal resources. These bridges are spectacular in grandeur and costly. They also have many other functions, like transportation and ornament and so on. However, due to the uncertainty of many factors during the process of offshore construction, like hydrology, wind wave, climate, temperature, the large-scale construction equipment are usually difficult to arrive, which raises a high demand to the construction.Wenzhou Gate Bridge is a cross-sea bridge that connects Leqing city and Xiaomen Island, It runs about 9.32 kilometers. It is the nation's first cross-sea bridge which makes sure the road clearance, water and power supply at the same time, and it has strategic significance to the economic development of Xiaomen Island. This program is about the construction of main bridge in second contract section of the first-stage project of Wenzhou Gate Bridge(from Leqingwengyang to Dongtou gate). The bridge structure is the main work of 135m+316m+135m double-tower double-cable plane PC beam cable-stayed bridge, It runs 586 m, and belongs to main project in the whole process.First, this article analyses Wenzhou gate bridge program to find out several key technical difficulties : offshore concrete supply, construction of mass pile cap, construction of main tower. Because of the choice of concrete supply will affect the construction progress, safety and quality, and become key joint of project control. Therefore, this article will focus on analyses the choice of concrete supply and contrast the cost, project time-limit and construction difficulty, finally choose to set up mixing platform at sea to supply concrete.Second, this article designs two kinds of mixing platform at sea, compare from the point of finance, and make sure the final implementation plan. This article focuses on the problems occurred during the process of implementation plan as well as technology and management, with rational organization and management, the plan has been implemented successfully and finally the optimization of the resources allocation has come true.Finally, this article summarizes, compares with the existing concrete supply at sea and proves that with the plan implemented, the construction cost is saved; project time-limit is shortened. By recycle of steel, the energy is conserved and the emission is reduced.This essay hopes that it can summaries a comprehensive construction method and management philosophy and argue its economic value by the analyses and research of mixing platform at sea which is a new kind of offshore concrete supply equipment construction technology. It hopes to offer reference to similar cross-sea bridges construction in future.
