| Railway is one of the most important transport methods in China.Recent years,Chinese government speeds up building railway especially high speed railway to make up the customer’s needs.However,railway construction have characteristics like larger coverage and more developed technology than other construction.Construction companies face risks in construction projects,how to manage risk,a test of management personnel,a comprehensive ability to reflect the level of risk management is the level of business.Railway civil engineering construction process,as it involves a wide range of job content,incomplete understanding of the complexity and other issues often appears,which caused neglect and contempt potential risks,even leading to delayed projects and even accidents.In this paper,we take Jinhua-Wenzhou railway expansion renovation project risk management as an example,and launched a research project for the practical application of risk management.First,based on existing research,we introduces the basic theory and method of project risk management,the actual flow of the method based on project risk management.Risk identification,has used the Delphi method and WBS-RBS matrix method.The first three rounds of experts using the Delphi method type questionnaire survey to collect the potential risk factors,and completed the sort;and then cross-ordinate matrix analysis by WRS-RBS,the final draw comprehensive risk factors.For the identified risk factors,using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for risk assessment to obtain a comprehensive evaluation of risk factors,to achieve the overall risk of the Jinhua-Wenzhou Railway Project understanding.Finally,the risk-based response theory,combined with the results of the assessment of project risk are given coping strategies.This paper aims to Jinhua-Wenzhou railway expansion renovation project risk management of tenders for construction companies to provide reference in future projects,prompting its project to strengthen risk management,through effective risk management,assurance project risk management results with the expected objectives.Only by maintaining the project have a clear understanding of risk,will achieve effective monitoring of risk and ultimately reduce the risk of incidents. |
