Based On The Energy Consumption Analysis Of Suihua Residential Planning Strategy Research

Live in urban area residential building energy consumption is growing rapidly in recent years,the huge potential of energy saving and emission reduction.Low energy consumption residential research on the one hand is to improve the energy efficiency and the development and utilization of renewable energy;On the other hand is on the basis of building energy consumption,statistics and analysis of living area residential building energy consumption data,for th e building layout,construction technology,equipment use and management ways of planning and adjustment to provide data support,achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction.Combined with the conditions of cold region characteristic,residential energy consumption survey,research the influence factors of energy consumption of residential buildings,is of great significance.Selection based on the cold ground city as the research background,suihua as the research object,and the different types of residential areas in theory divides the main influence factors of city residential energy consumption,and connecting with the selected samples of residential study.Sample through data analysis,it is concluded that the influence factors of residential energy consumption,and to determine the factors influencing the numerical range of energy saving,summarizes the residential energy consumption characteristics of different forms of layout,the suihua best layout form,low energy consumption residential of low energy consumption residential planning and construction are also proposed.In this paper,the research content is divided into four parts.First,this paper briefly describes the research background,purpose and significance,and establis hed the research method,sorting out the research direction of the paper.Second,reference to the domestic and foreign existing residential low energy consumption and energy saving residential building of the existing research,both at home and abroad were reviewed in the residential and residential construction level of theoretical research results and practical experience,the influencing factors of residential and residential construction level,for subsequent factors affecting energy consumption level of different level data analysis to provide theoretical support.Third,according to the function of space and human conditions of suihua city center,screening of nine village as the research sample,and effective integration of the basic information of the sample data of consumption data,using the software of SPSS19.0 analysis for residential whole and each residential construction the basic information of the data and the correlation of consumption data analysis,to describe residential overall trend of electricity and residential building shape,orientation impact on energy consumption,determine the significant influencing factors,and analysis of the different types of residential house,the significant influence factors on the impact of energy consum ption.Fourth,according to the results of data analysis,the overall layout in residential areas,residential building shape is proposed,the respect such as the effective planning strategies to reduce energy consumption.
