| Under the background of China’s national economy,industrial production,especially the rapid growth of the urban society,the rural society has been developing and the new requirements for the quality of the residential buildings have been put forward.In order to solve the problems of rural residential areas in northeast cold region of China,The government has invested a lot of resources,however,in the process of urban construction,the construction has been disharmony with the environment,human life and rural cultual,leading to the rural cultural and social activities of the fault,resulting in a waste of resources,the problems need to be solved.Therefore,in order to find a suitable way for the development of rural residential areas in northeast cold region,the research on the design of rural residential areas in northeast cold region of China has become very valuable in the perspective of endogenous development.In this paper,the endogenous theory is used to study and design the rural residence in the northeast cold area.Hoping to use the theory of endogenous development to guide and change the current building form in northeast cold region of China.Main content:(1)The theory of endogenous development is coupled with the rural residential in the northeastern cold region,which is the basis for the further study of rural residential design.Firstly,it analyzes the influencing factors of rural residential endogenous development in the cold area of northeast China,and points out the endogenous development mechanism of rural residential.Secondly,according to the endogenous development mechanism of rural residential to develop a suitable design principles for rural housing,which is used to guide the rural residential design.Finally,through the analysis of the content of the rural residential design,to provide a theoretical basis for the development of rural residential design.(2)According to the design principle of rural housing in the cold area of northeast China,the research on rural residential design is carried out at the "spatial level".Firstly,according to the specific situation of the rural areas in the northeast cold region,the space prototype of the rural residence is extracted,and the evolution of the prototype is analyzed.Then,according to the actual needs of rural housing,the introduction of external space design concept to make up for the lack of traditional architectural space.Finally,the spatial combination menu of rural residence is analyzed in detail to facilitate the communication between internal space and external space.(3)According to the design principles of rural residential in the northeast cold region of China,this paper studies the rural residential design at the "interface level".On the basis of summing up the experience of traditional rural residential construction,the introduction of the external advanced construction technology will improve the quality of rural residential.In the end of paper,a new rural residential construction system was established,which is suitable for the combination of internal and external technology and convenient for the popularization of the new technology.In this paper,the design of the rural northeast cold region based on the research of endogenous development.In respect of traditional values,the integration of existing social resources at the same time,pay attention to public participation,fully tap the internal potential of the rural residential regions,endogenous expectations of northeast cold region research to improve the local living environment,and even provide a reference the value of this region’s development. |
